Founded in 2005, AEA started with and continues to focus only on Faculty-Led Programs. The only things that have changed are that we are getting better at it with time. Having started in China, then expanding to the rest of Asia, we then grew into other regions. Now, we offer a variety of customizations in nearly 100 countries.

AEA has been developing customized, faculty-led programs since 2005. Starting with China in 2005, we grew quickly to most of Asia, and then expanded into Ghana and Brazil at the request of our clients. From there we established ourselves in Africa and Latin America before offering Europe, the US, Canada and Oceania a few years later.

AEA now customizes programs in roughly 100 countries and is open to all kinds of collaboration.
